MaRynn Taylor Set to Open for Kelsea Ballerini During KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR 2025
Nashville, Tenn., November 6: Who says you can't go home? Black River artist and songwriter MaRynn Taylor stepped off of Nashville's historic Exit/In stage last month (10/22) and the next morning woke up to the exciting announcement that she is set to join Kelsea Ballerini on her KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR 2025.
While many across the country are still sorting through Halloween candy, MaRynn is already looking ahead to the holidays with the release of her festive EP, Christmas Is, available now.
Kicking off on Jan. 21 in MaRynn's hometown of Grand Rapids, MI, at Van Andel Arena, the 36-date trek will take Taylor to impressive arenas across the country, including Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena and Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.
"I'm so honored to be going on tour with Kelsea," MaRynn shared on Instagram about her labelmate Kelsea Ballerini. "She is someone I’ve looked up to for a long time and I am so excited to be part of this iconic tour along with Maisie Peters. This is going to be such a blast - who’s coming?!"
Tickets for KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR 2025 are on sale now at marynntaylor.com.
After a career-high 2024, where Taylor surpassed more than 37 million career streams and released her deeply personal sophomore EP, Get To Know Me, MaRynn prepares to wrap the year and looks ahead to a bright 2025 with the release of her festive new EP, Christmas Is. The six-track project not only features holiday classics, including the beloved "O Christmas Tree" and "Joy To The World," but also weaves in Taylor's personal touch with the addictingly upbeat original "Snow Globe" and intimate title track, "Christmas Is."
"I wanted to title my first Christmas EP Christmas Is because everyone can complete that thought in their own way," explained Taylor. "For me, Christmas is first and foremost about Jesus, but it’s also about family and friends and traditions like hot cocoa and watching The Polar Express. The song 'Christmas Is' is actually about what Christmas looks like if you can’t share those traditions with someone you love. Life changes and sometimes people move away, or we lose someone special to us. The memories always last, and I hope you carry those through the holiday season and all year through."
Since its release, tracks on Christmas Is have secured a spot on top playlists including Spotify's New Country Christmas; Amazon Music's Holiday Country; YouTube Music's This Christmas; and Pandora's Blue Sky Country Christmas, Country Christmas, and Americana Christmas.

ABOUT MaRYNN TAYLOR
MaRynn Taylor moved to Nashville in 2019 to pursue music and entered an almost dreamlike scenario. Caught in the rain during CMA Fest, she was serendipitously handed a flyer for Black River’s 60-Second Spotlight. That evening, she watched Music Fest from Black River’s suite at Nissan Stadium. On the day of the CMA Awards that year (11/13), she signed her Recording and Publishing deals with Black River during an on-air interview with Bill Cody on the legendary 650 AM WSM Coffee, Country and Cody. Now, Country Music’s fast-rising "female powerhouse" (Country Now) vocalist MaRynn is set to join Kelsea Ballerini as support on her 36-date KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR, kicking off in Taylor's hometown of Grand Rapids on Jan. 21, 2025 and making stops at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena, and more. This fall, Taylor is on the road with Dylan Schneider as direct support on his "Bad Decisions" Tour where she has shared her EP, Get To Know Me, featuring MaRynn's folk-infused radio single "How It's Gonna Go," live. With more than 37 million cumulative streams, 14 Telly Awards, and a CMT’s “Next Women of Country” (2023) nod, the rising star made her Grand Ole Opry debut in June of 2023 and returned to the coveted stage only weeks later. Her sassy "Make You Mine" "delivers big notes" (Billboard) and marks Taylor's first Top 50 hit on Country radio. “I genuinely care about people and their feelings. I’m a good listener and want to be there for people. There’s not enough of that in the world right now.” Today, MaRynn is no longer the little girl dreaming on the front porch; she is the voice ready to inspire a generation.
